1. What is Got Inspiration?
A. GotInspiration.org is a place where people gather to share inspirational life stories and more.

2. How is this different from other inspirational websites?
A. Here, you have real life people posting their stories and real life people learning from them. We are more likely to connect with and respond to people who are more like us.

3. How is this different from other social networking websites?
A. This website is a gathering for quiet, strong people who have turned their lives around and want to help others do the same and for people who want to learn from such people.

4. Is this like a few support groups gathering together?
A. Not really. The stories posted here are by successful people who have overcome problems, whether internal or external. They are posted here so that the benefit for you is from their results, not from your sharing grief with them. This is more like faith, success stories, self-improvement and support groups combined, the common denominator being the achievement of success!

5. Can I include the names of support groups in my story?
A. Yes, if they have helped you. You are also welcome to include any books or really anything else that helped you become who you are.

6. Do I have to pay anything to use GotInspiration.org?
A. No.

7. Why does it take time to see my story?
A. We are a quality, not quantity, website. All stories are read and the potential to change lives assessed before being posted.

8. Do you have any tips for writing my story?
A. Write naturally. Let it flow. You can read over it and edit as needed. Keep it between 500 and 1000 words. We will review your story, if any editing is needed, we will do it before posting it. In the majority of the cases, we try not to edit because we want your story to reach people in its original format.

9. I have a story but I don’t know what category it fits in/I want to suggest a new category/subcategory.
A. Please send us your story, we will figure out the most appropriate category. If we don’t have one, we will be happy to create a new category/subcategory to accommodate your story.

10. What stories are likely to get posted?
A. We look for four qualities: One, you either have a talent for something or you faced hardships in life. Two, your either innately have or have acquired a great spirit, mental strength, attitude, whatever you want to call it. This puts you to Three, action to do something that is enduring or has a lasting effect. Four, you are here to inspire others to do the same. Most stories that get posted have at least three of these qualities.
